Index has procured a major national tenant for 1,200m2 of A grade offices, showing growing property owners confidence in the rejuvenation of central Durban properties.

The deal is one of 5,000 commercial and industrial property leases concluded by Index Property Solutions since inception.

Index Property Solutions was established in 1998 specialising in commercial and industrial property broking. Having gone through various changes in partnership over the years, directors, Tracey Wernich and Paul Izzard, have been involved with the business since 1998.

We currently employ fourteen commercial and industrial brokers covering all areas in the greater Durban area. Check out our website for details of our brokers: http://www.indexproperty.co.za/agents/

Index has mandates from all the major property funds and larger landlords. Through 20 years of trading in Durban, Index and our brokers have built relationships with a large proportion of the landlords and property owners in Durban.  We are represented in all of the commercial and industrial areas in Durban.

Although broking is our main strength, we also have a growing property administration department handling sectional title schemes, body corporates and rental collection.

Please contact us for any of your property related queries or a no obligations property evaluation.
